Pet Sitting and Home & Garden Care

MaryDale provides visitations for cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, geese, reptiles, fish, a few horses, cows or goats, and for gardens - so,

• Food, water, exercise, light grooming and medications, with kindness and affection
• Waste clean-up, of course
• Garden care – hand-watering of houseplants and specialty crops – adjusted for local weather conditions

I have experience with well-pumps, septic, pool, pond, spa and security systems.

I will also pick-up, sort and forward mail, change lights, etc., and move autos, if desired. We meet and negotiate a fee-per-visit. $15 minimum. Basis of the fee is one-way travel time plus task completion time.

Consultations, key pick-up and delivery are gratis - always.

Additional Services:

Organize – MaryDale will organize anything – from a drawer to a house.
Packing or Unpacking – remodel or need the house settled before arrival.
Laundry & Ironing – professional attention to the details.
Party Clean-Up – so you can enjoy your guests and rest after the party (or breakfast).
Errands – Shopping – Deskwork – Spring Cleaning – all by appointment.

About Me

I believe that most pets are most safe and happy at home, even in the absence of their people, if appropriately cared for. I have always loved animals and plants– and want them to do well while you are away. I know animals are stressed (some more than others) when their people are away from home. Some respond to petting, or touch, and grooming; some need exercise or play— or all of these. I “mother” them (when they permit), talk to them about you all the time I am with them, and maintain their routines at home. I value and cultivate personal relationships with each animal in my care.

Serving clients in Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Forestville, Guerneville, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, and points between, confidentially, for over 20 years. Local references provided on request.
